Tips to get it accepted first time
- CBSE checks both file size and dimensions, so resize with the preset rather than just compressing.
- Keep the uploaded photo: you'll paste the same one on your admit card.
- Your photo, signature and thumb impression are exactly what someone needs to impersonate you on a form. This resizer never uploads them: everything runs on your device.

Is my photo uploaded anywhere?
No. The resizer runs entirely inside your browser using your device's own processor. Your photo is never sent to a server, never stored and never seen by us. Once the page has loaded you can switch on airplane mode and it keeps working.
My form needs at least 20 KB but the file comes out smaller. What do I do?
Nothing: the resizer handles it. Small images such as a 140 × 60 signature are naturally only a few KB. When a form sets a minimum, the resizer saves at top quality and, if that's still too small, pads the JPG with harmless filler data inside the file. The picture is unchanged and the file meets the limit.
Does 50 KB mean 50,000 or 51,200 bytes?
Portals don't agree, so the resizer aims inside both readings: under the maximum counted in thousands, and over the minimum counted in 1,024s. A file shown as 20–50 KB here passes either way.
